Greater Flint Hockey Association

With music blaring and the stands packed, it was show time for our Learn To Play / Skill Development players.  Thirty some players were divided into two teams, with each team having three lines.  Each line played equally, sharing 2 minute intervals of (3) 12 minute periods.  The scored showed that the teams were pretty equal.  The home team (red pullovers) jumped out to a 2-0 lead but the visitors came back, tying it up 2-2.  The score remained close, with a 4-4 tie entering the third period.  The visitors took a 6-4 lead mid way thru the final period and held on for a 8-5 win.  A great showing by all and a great season!
